Glen is versatile in all styles of music and has a collection of guitars/amps to create the right sound required for the job   

CV

1987: Started playing guitar, took lessons and learned to read music

1990: Jammed with friends at school and joined a covers band playing working mans clubs at weekends

1993-1997: Formed plenty of original bands (gigs in usual London venues) also played in various function/tribute bands and backed comedians (Mike Reid, Jim Davidson etc) and played with Edwin Starr, Ruby Turner, Bad Manners and the great Rolf Harris!

1997-1999: Got first big break with Blue Star Blue (Soul/Pop) Warner Records. Worked as a session guitarist with Robbie Craig (Artful Dodger) recorded album, made video, toured UK, performed on live TV and Radio. Played with Jools Holland, Sugs, Leo Sayer, 9 Below Zero, Paul Weller and Kenny Rogers

2000-2002: Another break with McCabe (Folk/Pop) Global Records, usual routine - recorded album, made video etc got to play tracks with Pino Palladino on Bass and played some cool gigs like The Shephards Bush Empire and Twickenham.  I was a finalist for Guitarist of the Year run by Guitarist Magazine

2002-2004: Joined Aaron Cray Band (Jazzy/Funk) Easy St Records. Got to play with some great musicians Paul Beavis (Drums) and Ben Markland (Bass). Really cool vibe. Also worked with various bands during this time

2004-2008: I teach guitar, run my own small studio working with songwriters, perform jazz and solo guitar for private functions and work with a couple of bands in addition to writing my own music
